Four companies have had their shares suspended today for failing to lodge their half-year accounts.

The ASX suspended Flinders Mines, Kula Gold, RMA Energy and Talon Petroleum and gave no date as to when they would be reinstated.

Flinders (ASX:FND) said its delay was due to an increase in ownership of the Wetar Copper Project, and how that should be shown in the accounts. It expects to issue the accounts, which were due yesterday, by next Monday.

Talon Petroleum (ASX:TPD) told the market there would be a delay in releasing its half year results after it had been suspended. They too have set a Monday deadline.

The other two companies have not offered reasons for their tardiness.
