• A 30m thick gold hit at 2.26g/t has been unsurfaced at Landed at Last prospect
  • Results point to a significant shallow gold orebody extending >2.5km
  • Definition drilling programs across Yundamindra are being planned

Special Report: Arika Resources continues to show exceptional shallow gold results from the now completed RC drill campaign at the Landed at Last prospect at Yundamindra.

Landed at Last is part of a ~2.5km-long gold mineralised corridor with multiple gold-bearing structures, with less than half of the structures drill tested, and historical drilling of structures restricted to sub-50m depth.

Arika’s drilling has confirmed thick, high-grade gold mineralisation extending from surface and remaining open at depth and along strike.

Results of the final batch of assays from an RC drill campaign cropped up a standout 30m at 2.26g/t gold from 26m at hole YMRC050, including 4m at 11.72g/t from 40m, with a high-grade 1m at 24.10g/t from 43m.

Results come on the back of other, thick, shallow gold mineralisation hits at the nearby Pennyweight Point prospect, which included a top assay of 14m at 15.48g/t gold from 46m and multiple high-grade 30m+ gold intercepts.

ARI says a review of geophysical and geochemical data is in progress to guide ongoing definition drilling at Landed at Last.

“With the outstanding results returned from our maiden drilling program in May at Landed at Last and Bonaparte, these results further enhance our belief that a significant shallow gold orebody or system that extends for 2.5km+ may be emerging on the western line of Yundamindra,” ARI MD Justin Barton said.

“Combined with the outstanding results also returned from this same program at Pennyweight Point, which sits circa 6kms to the east of Landed at Last, a significant and exciting gold story is building at Yundamindra, and we have only just begun to scratch the surface.”

Follow-up drill programs are being planned at Yundamindra, including at Pennyweight Point, which is about 6km from Landed at Last.

These programs are in the final stages of planning with drilling anticipated to re-commence imminently.
