Weekly ASX Small Cap Wrap: Global stocks near $110 trillion in value

Even if this was USD that still wouldn't be enough to buy all the world's stocks
Just over 2 months after surpassing US$100 trillion in total worth, global stocks have almost notched up another US$10 trillion in added value.
Despite losing nearly a third of its value during the March quarter crash, global equities have soared back to pre-COVID highs and kept going.

ASX SMALL CAP WINNERS
NuEnergy Gas (ASX:NGY) +165%
Many oil and gas stocks gained this week as oil prices surpassed US$60 per barrel. NuEnergy gained the most despite having no news.
The company said in a price query to the ASX, it had nothing to report and the approval of its Tanjung Enim gas project in Indonesia was still in progress.
IOUpay (ASX:IOU) +142%
There’s no shortage of buy now pay later stocks but not many have operations in the growing South East Asian region.
A month after winning a Malaysian money license, the company signed a deal with EasyStore to offer its BNPL services to EasyStore’s merchants – which total over 7,000 across the region.
It was another week of gains for this stock after Bevan Slattery’s $2 million investment nearly a fortnight ago.

ASX SMALL CAP LOSERS
BPH Energy (ASX:BPH) -37% and Bounty Oil & Gas (ASX:BUY) -31%
Both stocks, which are joint venture partners in an offshore oil and gas venture in NSW, were rocked by comments made by NSW Deputy Premier John Barilaro suggesting offshore drilling wouldn’t be allowed.
The company said it had received no notification beyond those comments but that even if this was to happen, the Federal government had the power to over-ride them.
