Enova Mining (ASX:ENV) has inked a deal with a private individual Rodrigo de Brito Mello (RBM) to acquire 100% of the CODA tenements, which the company says gives it greater exposure to prospective rare earth enriched ionic absorption clay exploration tenements in Brazilian mining friendly state of Minas Gerais.
Debt collection provider Credit Clear (ASX:CCR) has upgraded guidance for FY24 following a strong H1 FY24 result with CCR full year revenue guidance up from $39–$41 million to $40–$42 million and underlying EBITDA guidance up from $1–$2 million to more than $3 million.
Oar Resources (ASX:OAR) says samples taken from its 100%-owned Oar Graphite Project on the Western Eyre Peninsula in South Australia sent to a tier 1 research facility in China for metallurgical evaluation have produced a saleable product with a fixed carbon content of 95.6%.

African mineral sands producer and developer Base Resources (ASX:BSE) has released its H1 FY24 results including decreases in average achieved product prices of 4% for rutile, 9% for ilmenite and 18% for zircon compared to the period. BSE’s Kwale operations ore grade of 2.39% was down from 3.90% in H1 FY23, as mining operations moved to lower grade ore bodies as
planned.
Catalina Resources (ASX:CTN) says aircore drilling has kicked off at its Laverton Project in the eastern goldfields in Western Australia with the program comprising 25 aircore holes for ~1,500m to test gold and REE targets.
