Magnum Mining & Exploration (ASX:MGU) has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mitsubishi for the offtake of all products from proposed operations at its Buena Vista Green Iron Project in Nevada, USA.
The MOU covers all products from the project including Direct Shipping Ore (DSO), iron concentrate, HIsmelt-produced pig iron and slag, all steel plant wastes, and excess biochar.
Toys R Us (ASX:TOY) has slashed costs, accessed more debt, moved closer to a leadership refresh and improved its Aussie e-commerce gross margins from 16.4% in February to 22.3% in April.
