Top 10 at 10: Today’s early frontrunners include oil, fintech and base metals stocks

Stockhead’s Top 10 at 10, published at 10.30am each trading day, highlights the best (and worst) performing ASX stocks in morning trade using live data.

A JV between Carnarvon Energy (ASX:CVN) and Santos (ASX:STO) made a “significant” oil discovery  called ‘Pavo’ 46 kilometres east of the Dorado field in the Bedout Sub-basin, offshore WA.

Panther Metals (ASX:PNT) returns “highest nickel and cobalt grades to date” from drilling at the ‘Coglia’ project in WA, including a peak intercept of 3.77% nickel.

Bounty Oil and Gas (ASX:BUY) says the ‘Pavo’ discovery “has significantly upgraded the prospectivity of several directly analogous drilling targets” within its Cerberus project.

Fintech lender Plenti (ASX:PLT) upgrades it profit forecast, and now expects to be Cash NPAT profitable for the full year to 31 March 2022.

And Resources Resources (ASX:RRR) has released “stunning” drilling results up to 50% copper at its ‘Diane’ project in QLD.
