Bike dealership operator Motorcycle Holdings (ASX:MTO) will acquire Mojo Group, one of one of Australia’s largest importers and wholesalers of motorcycles, genuine spare parts and accessories, for $60m in cash and shares.
Consolidated Zinc (ASX:CZL) will raise $2.1m to fund lithium exploration in the Pilbara.
$430,000 of this will come directly from directors and CZL’s major shareholder, Copulos Group.
