Miner B2GOLD will acquire advanced 668,000oz gold explorer Oklo Resources (ASX:OKU) for an implied 17.25c per share. That’s a 127% premium to OKU’s last closing price.
XTEK’s (ASX:XTE) specialist ballistic armour business has received a significant new Purchase Order from an undisclosed international customer to the value of US$33.21m (A$46.8m).
Galileo Mining (ASX:GAL) says the ‘Callisto’ discovery includes rhodium, which currently sells for $US15,500/oz.
