Tech-focused growth capital fund Bailador Technology Investments (ASX:BTI) was among the leaders after flagging an update on one of its investee companies, Intaclustr
BTI announced that the Nasdaq-listed NetApp has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Intaclustr, resulting in a material uplift to the carrying value of BTI’s investment.
“As a result of the transaction, Bailador will increase its carrying value in Instaclustr to $118m,” the company said, a valuation uplift of $54m.
