Top 10 at 10: These ASX stocks are flexing their muscles today

Aussie digital health stock 1st Group (ASX:1ST) will buy telehealth company Visionflex “to take advantage of the rapidly growing global telehealth market”.

Visionflex has specifically developed a video conferencing platform targeted at and optimised for the telehealth sector, 1ST says.

BNPL stock Sezzle (ASX:SZL) confirms that it is in talks with Zip (ASX:Z1P) about a possible merger.

Tech comms business Codan (ASX:CDA) says it is expecting a record first half profit with both businesses acquired at the end of last financial year — DTC and Zetron — both exceeding expectations.

Strategic Elements’ (ASX:SOR) battery tech has successfully generated over 250mAh (milliamp hours) of electrical charge solely from moisture; an 150% increase on previous reporting in September last year.
