Last night, majority shareholder HOCHTIEF Australia tabled a takeover offer worth $22 a share for construction giant CIMIC GROUP (ASX:CIM) – a 33.4% premium to the last closing price.
Fashion jewellery brand Lovisa (ASX:LOV) says revenue was up 48.3% and gross profit up 50.5% to $170m in H1 2022, “with strong momentum through the half”.
