Here are the 10 leaders to start the day:

Drug delivery company SUDA Pharmaceuticals Ltd (ASX: SUD) climbed by more than 30 per cent, after receiving pending approval for a European patent in connection with its Anagrelide cancer-treatment.

There were also some double-ups among the penny stocks, as Caeneus Minerals Ltd (ASX: CAD), Classic Minerals Ltd (ASX: CLZ) and Greenpower Energy Ltd (ASX: GPP) all ticked higher on no news.
