Top 10 at 10: These ASX stocks are climbing above the pack this morning

At the start of every trading day, it can be useful to know which stocks are humming out of the gate.
Large percentage moves in small caps aren’t uncommon, but sometimes a big announcement can cause a stock to rocket higher (or fall).
Stockhead’s Top 10 at 10 highlights the best (and worst) performing ASX small caps in morning trade.
The market opens at 10am (eastern time) and the data is taken at 10:15am, once every stock has commenced trading.
Stocks highlighted in yellow have made potentially market-moving announcements:
IT minnow Shareroot (ASX: SRO) — a familiar name on the daily-mover charts — jumped early with a 100 per cent gain to 0.3 cents.
And it was a good morning for Millenium Minerals (ASX: MOY), which climbed by more than 20 per cent after announcing the first gold has been produced from sulphide ore at its Nullagine gold project in WA.
On the other side of the ledger, IT company ARQ Group (ASX: ARQ) led the falls, slumping by more than 30 per cent after announcing an operational update and revised full-year outlook.
