It also says several assets and business units are now showing recovery from what has been a heavily Covid impacted 3 years.
New Zealand Coastal Foods (ASX:NZS) has completed the acquisition of Nine Ocean Group, a “profitable, ESG-focused” seafood fishing and high-end seafood product wholesaler/exporter based in Cairns, Queensland.
Explorer Valor Resources (ASX:VAL) says drilling approvals for the Picha copper project in Peru are on track.
VALs maiden proposed drilling program, comprising 5,000m of diamond drilling, has been planned to initially test four key targets.
And Heavy Rare Earths (ASX:HRE) has uncovered a “substantial new body of rare earth mineralisation” at the Cowalinya project n WA.
