Top 10 at 10: These ASX lithium and gold stocks are making hay on Monday

WINNERS

Westar Resources (ASX:WSR) hit “multiple thick pegmatites” up to 44m thick in maiden drilling at Olga Rocks lithium-gold project, near Southern Cross in WA.

Assays are expected in 6 weeks.

WIA Gold (ASX:WIA) unveiled a monster 1.4Moz maiden resource for the Kokoseb gold project in Namibia, delivered just 11 months from discovery drill hole.

At US$2/oz per ounce of contained gold, WIA says this is one of the lowest resource discovery costs by industry standards.

Reach Resources (ASX:RR1) is picking up rock chips grading ~ 2.3% lithium at a project next door to Delta Lithium’s (ASX:DLI) red-hot discovery at Yinnetharra in WA.

And Red Mountain Mining (ASX:RMX) secured a drilling permit for the Mustang lithium clay project in Nevada. Phase 1 drilling is set to begin end of May.
