Top 10 at 10: These ASX graphite and copper players are leading the pack in early trade

Graphite anode stock Ecograf (ASX:EGR) has inked a non-binding offtake deal with a subsidiary of Korean steel and battery materials giant POSCO.

POSCO will buy EGR’s battery anode material products for an initial term of 10 years from the commencement of production, ramping up to 20-40,000tpa in the last 4 years.

They will also collaborate to bring EGR’s Tanzanian graphite projects into production, with POSCO to provide “engineering, construction, financing and investment capabilities”.

Helix Resources (ASX:HLX) has picked up ground along strike from Aeris Resources’ (ASX:AIS) Tritton operations in the Cobar-Nyngan copper region of NSW.
