Bioxyne (ASX:BXN) has been awarded a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) manufacturing license for medicinal cannabis, and Australia’s first GMP license to manufacture Psilocybin and MDMA.

“BLS aims to be the leading supplier of Psilocybin and MDMA for clinical trials and authorised prescribers, focusing on partnerships with veteran groups, universities (in Australia and abroad), and trial sponsors,” BXN CEO Sam Watson says.

“There is a significant market for these products worldwide which have the potential to plug the gap in existing treatment options.”

Digital health co Tali Digital (ASX:TD1) non-exec director David Williams has resigned, effective later this month.

Ghana explorer Castle Minerals (ASX:CDT) has increased the purity of its in-situ (in ground) graphite from 10% total graphitic carbon (TGC) to 99.97%, “with no impurities of concern”.

99.97% TGC exceeds industry benchmark for use in EV battery anode manufacture, the company says.

Medtech Bluechiip (ASX: BCT) is raising up to ~$4.8m at a big +40% discount to the 5, 10 and 15 day volume weighted average price (VWAP).

Project developer Silver Mines (ASX:SVL) is looking to raise $10m at a 20% discount to the 5 day VWAP.

And software developer Unith (ASX:UNT) will raise up to $4.5ma at a 23.7% discount to the last traded price on 31 January 2024.
