Junior explorer GBM Resources (ASX:GBZ) has inked a $25m farm in agreement with gold giant Newcrest (ASX:NCM) over GBZ’s 330,000oz Mount Coolon project in the Drummond Basin of QLD.
NCM can acquire up to 75% of Mount Coolon by spending up to $25m and completing a series of exploration milestones over six years.
