Astron Resources (ASX:ATR) and US-based critical minerals company Energy Fuels execute a binding farm in/ JV agreement for the development of the Donald rare earths and mineral sands project in Victoria.
For a 49% stake Energy Fuels will contribute $183m to development and issue ATR with US$17.5m in shares.
Condor Energy (ASX:CND) says there is evidence of multiple petroleum systems at its project offshore Peru.
ACDC Metals (ASX:ADC) says high grade assays confirm a heavy mineral sands discovery in Victoria called ‘Venice Beach’.
Perpetual Resources (ASX:PEC) is now exploring the Raptor rare earths project in Brazil to decide whether it wants to acquire it or not.
And virtual healthcare platform Visionflex Group (ASX:VFX) says FY24 group revenue is projected to exceed $8.1 million, a 25% increase from FY23.
