$18bn global battery and cobalt stock Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co has finalised a $2.5m investment in African lithium explorer Askari Metals (ASX:AS2).

Huayou intends to grow its equity position in the company to 9.9%, AS2 says.

Caspin Resources (ASX:CPN) announces a “groundbreaking” rare earths discovery from a recent copper-gold drill program at the Mount Squires project in WA.

And lithium play Tyranna Resources (ASX:TYX) will score +$31m of investment from $8bn capped critical minerals stock Sinomine to fund “fast tracked” exploration of the Namibe project in Angola.

Phase 1 investment of $4.5m will be placed at the last sale price of $0.025c – a 18.8% premium to the 15 day VWAP.
