NY fund Sapphire Global Energy will invest ~$25m in EV Resources (ASX:EVR) to acquire projects and drill its current copper, lithium, and tin-tungsten portfolio.

“This facility enables us to drawdown when necessary, allowing us to better manage our funding needs, reduce dilution and not be at the mercy of the markets,” EVR exec director Navin Sidhu says.

C29 Metals (ASX:C29) has intercepted a +30m brine aquifer zone at 370m in maiden drilling at the Poticos 7 lithium target in Argentina.

Laboratory assay results are expected in 7 to 14 days.

And Metalicity (ASX:MCT) has appointed veteran lawyer Roger Steinepreis a non-exec director.

Mr Steinepreis will invest $500,000 into MCT via a placement at $0.003 per share — a 20% premium to the closing price on 6 February.

Fellow directors Justin Barton and Steven Wood will also invest $20,000 each and convert all accrued Director fees (being $114,247 and $9,090 respectively) on the same terms and conditions.
