Dual-listed gold major Newmont (NYSE:NEM ASX:NEM, TSX:NGT) produced 2.2Moz in the first quarter of 2024, generating over US$1.4 billion in cash.

The US$50bn capped behemoth declared a dividend of US25c/sh for the quarter.

Full year guidance is unchanged at 6.93Moz at US$1400/oz all in sustaining costs.

“Australia’s only ASX-listed music company” Vinyl Group (ASX:VNL) says Richard White’s investment vehicle RealWise Group will convert its convertible note into ordinary shares, giving it a 34% stake.

“I remain enthusiastic about Vinyl,” says billionaire White, CEO and founder of $30.5bn-capped Wisetech (ASX:WTC).

“The conversion into equity of the note held by RealWise Group is in the best interest of Vinyl and shows my confidence in Vinyl’s business, its continued growth and in Josh and his leadership team.”
