Clean-tech stock KALiNA Power’s (ASX:KPO) Alberta-based subsidiary KDP engages PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance to fund its project development business plan “and establish the mechanisms in which to raise debt and equity for its growing portfolio of projects”.

Project developer Alliance Nickel (ASX:AXN) enters a binding offtake and share subscription agreement with carmaker Stellantis relating to future offtake from the NiWest nickel cobalt project in WA.

The deal is for ~40% of future production for an initial 5-year term.

The car maker will also subscribe for $15m worth of shares at 18c per share, giving it a 11.5% stake in the company.

Respiratory imaging tech company 4DMedical (ASX:4DX) completes its first commercial XV LVAS scan at Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital in the US.

And health and wellness stock Halo (ASX:HLF) secures a multi-million dollar deal with Fonterra, a leading global player in the dairy sector.
