Education SaaS stock Schrole (ASX:SCL) will be acquired at 48.52c per share, a massive 203% premium to Friday’s closing price.
The offer by Canada private equity-backed TES is also a 47% premium to the highest recorded daily closing share price in the previous 12 months.
Pilot Energy (ASX:PGY) gets $4m in a placement at a 22% premium to the last closing price.
Gold stocks dominate the large and mid-cap wieners in early trade, led by Red 5 (ASX:RED), Capricorn (ASX:CMM), Bellevue (ASX:BGL), Resolute (ASX:RSG) and De Grey (ASX:DEG).
