The loyalty rewards platform is a mature business that generates almost $30m of annual revenues. MRI has raised $5m from investors at 20c per share.

Yesterday’s hero was newly listed gold and rare earths explorer Killi Resources (ASX:KLI). The company raised $6m at $0.20. It’s first day closing price was $0.52 – a 160% gain.

ABx Group (ASX:ABX) has discovered a new rare earth element (REE) prospect at ‘Portrush’, 52km from the explorer’s ‘Deep Leads’ REE project in northern Tasmania.

And up 22% in late trade was Infinity Lithium (ASX:INF) which has successfully scaled up production of battery grade lithium on the flagship ‘San Jose’ project in Spain.
