On Stockhead today, more supply deals on the cards for Piedmont Lithium, Narrabri CSG project approval could open the door for other gas players and a new ecommerce player is heading to the ASX.

But first, here’s what you need to know before the ASX opens at 10am (AEST):

The day ahead

The start of a new month will see the release of CoreLogic’s latest home price index for September.

There’s also a speech from Prime Minister Scott Morrison on the schedule, ahead of the federal budget next Tuesday.

Looking abroad, key data will be led by the US PCE inflation figure for the month of August.
