The day ahead

Key events today will be led by a speech on Tuesday from RBA deputy governor Guy Debelle, called “The Australian Economy and Monetary Policy”.

“We think it is a clear opportunity to address the issue of what further options are open to the RBA to ease monetary policy further,” CBA economist Nicolas Guesnon said.
