And as it always does on the first Tuesday of November (at 2:30pm), the RBA will make its monthly policy announcement. The consensus forecast is for rates to stay on hold at 0.75 per cent after three cuts this year.
Elsewhere, China has Caixin (non-government) manufacturing PMIs, and the US has trade figures and the ISM non-manufacturing index.
