On Stockhead today, what’s happened to ASX dairy stocks, an African economic boom is coming and now is a good time for Aussie investment and statisticians have figured out who’s smoking the most pot in Canada.
But first:
The day ahead
After a hectic few days in data today will be quieter. But keep your eye on Australia’s July trade balance due out at 11.30am.
Today is Day 2 of the Africa Down Under Conference and our own Reuben Adams is in attendance. Speaking today will be federal Defence Minister Senator Linda Reynolds and WA Mines Minister Bill Johnston.
Delegates will also hear from the resources ministers of Ghana, Angola, Botswana and Lesotho.
In annual reports we are expecting Myer (ASX:MYR) and Carnegie Clean Energy (ASX:CCE).
