Australian shares are poised to open flattish on Wednesday.  At 8am AEST, the ASX 200 Dec futures contract was pointing up by 0.05%.

In the world of ASX tech stocks Nuheara (ASX:NUH) managed to close 31% higher after receiving FDA clearance for a Self-Fitting OTC hearing aid on Monday.

It plans to launch its Self-Fitting OTC Hearing Aid as the HP Hearing PRO, which includes a 30% improvement in speech in noise with the use of Focus directional microphones.
