Rise and Shine: Everything you need to know before the ASX opens

This morning the RBA releases its half-yearly financial stability review.

Since the last one we’ve had six straight months of rate rises, one of the key risks listed in the April review in what could only be described as a self-fulfilling prophecy.

No listings today from what we can see, so let’s get onto the good stuff.

Wellfully (ASX:WFL) – Wellfully is having a fully well deserved capital raise.

State Gas (ASX:GAS) – State Gas is on halt with an announcement about a “strategic acquisition”. Don’t know what it is, could be more gas.

Actinogen Medical (ASX:ACW) – Actinogen has an announcement about the results of its Phase 2 biomarker study on people with mild Alzheimer’s Disease, which it will release on Friday.

Matsa Resources (ASX:MAT) – Matsa’s got news about the Linden Gold Alliance Transaction.

99 Loyalty (ASX:99L) – 99 Loyalty would like to advise that it is changing strategic direction.

Woomera Mining (ASX:WML) were whoopin’ and hollerin’ after… starting drilling for lithium at its Lake Dundas project in the Southern Yilgarn Craton, WA.

Because right now, even just saying you’re looking for lithium is enough to add 53% to your share price. “The Lake Dundas Lithium Project,” WML says, “is believed to be enrished in lithium minerals”.

And Beyond International (ASX:BYI) shareholders were equally whooptastic, after the media company announced it would sell out to production and distribution player Banijay. At a spicy 57% premium to the Beyond one-month volume weighted average price.
