THE LOTTERY CORP (ASX:TLC)

When: 11am AEST

Tabcorp Holdings (ASX:TAH) is demerging its Lotteries and Keno business into The Lottery Corporation, which raked in massive EBITDA of $611m in FY21.

The lottery operator and provider of Keno products has operations in all Aussie states and territories except for WA, and distribution through retail outlets, Keno venues, and online.

TAH shareholders will receive one TLC share for each Tabcorp share held at the record date on 25 May 2022.

 

OLYMPIO METALS (ASX:OLY)

When: 10am AEST

Failed hemp farmer Croplogic has been reskinned and relisted as WA explorer Olympio, which holds two projects prospective for gold, nickel and lithium.

It raised $6m at 20c per share.

Discovery Alaska (ASX:DAF) is firming up the lithium potential of its ‘Coal Creek’ prospect, part of the Chulitna project.

Ragusa Minerals (ASX:RAG) acquires a new lithium project in the NT.

Wide Open Agriculture (ASX:WOA) has nabbed a supply agreement with Monde Nissin Australia to supply Buntine Protein – a concentrate made from lupin seeds that can replace animal-based ingredients in food and beverages.

Software maker Codan (ASX:CDA) rose 15% after releasing its outlook guidance for the rest of FY22. The company said it could match its record first half in the second half. Based on this forecast, Codan expects a record full year profit and the second best year ever in the company’s history.
