Lunchtime ASX small cap wrap: Who’s loved up today?

One of the most drama-filled seasons of the Australian Bachelor has finally come to an end, with astrophysicist Matt choosing chemical engineer Chelsie.
And yes, they are still together!
While we’re celebrating however, let’s spare a thought for Abbie, who was dumped by Matt and has received a torrent of horrific abuse online. Remember these shows are edited to make certain contestants look like villains!
The ASX small ords is celebrating today, up 0.85 per cent to 2,913 points, as is the ASX 200, up 0.77 per cent to 6,770 points.
Leading the pack with some form of news today is Alice Queen (ASX:AQX), up 42 per cent to 3c. The company went into a trading halt shortly before lunch pending news of a capital raise.
Meanwhile, shares in Kyckr (ASX:KYK) continue to move, after it yesterday picked up the founder of big cap tech company WiseTech (ASX:WTC) as a cornerstone investor.
Richard White bought a 19.6 per cent stake. KYK shares lifted another 20 per cent today to 24c.
