QMS Media (ASX:QMS) surged 21 per cent after receiving a takeover offer by private equity firm Quadrant.

Biotech Oncosil Medical (ASX:OSL) jumped nearly 18 per cent on news it had submitted an updated Clinical Evaluation Report to the British Standards Institute which included its latest results. Previously the BSI refused to grant approval for the company’s treatment for inoperable pancreatic cancer, claiming there was insufficient evidence that there was a clinical benefit.
