Lunchtime ASX small cap wrap: Who’s hitting threes today?

Local markets, sadly, are hitting the rim. The ASX Small Ords is down 0.11 per cent to 2870 points and the ASX 200 is down 0.72 per cent to 6546 points.
Consumer confidence is also down 5.5 per cent, according to the latest Westpac data.
Topping the list is disruptive welding company K-TIG (ASX:KTG), which has re-listed on the ASX after raising $7 million from institutional, high net worth, and retail investors.
It offered shares at 20c a pop, but is up 115 per cent at lunch, with shares fetching 49c.
Meanwhile, SeaLink Travel (ASX:SLK) is riding high on the back of an acquisition of transport provider Transit Systems Group and a capital raise, with its shares up 20 per cent to $4.61 at lunch.

No significant falls today, although data centre manufacturer DXN (ASX:DXN) has fallen 21 per cent after announcing a $5 million underwritten entitlement issue. One new share, worth 5.5c, will be offered for every four shares held.
