Let’s talk about basketball for a minute, because the LA Lakers are having a bad season.
And high profile fan Snoop Dogg is over it, offering his box seats for $5 to anyone that wants them in a NSFW Instagram rant.
“I got a booth for the next two years, three years. This year, y’all can have it. Five dollars for the motherf***ing booth to the Laker games.”
Five dollars. Get in – that’s a minimum $US3000 ticket. Just get ready to duck.
You know what doesn’t suck this year? The ASX Small Ordinaries index, which is up almost 16.5 per cent since late December.
Today, the index jumped 0.43 per cent to 2783.7 by 11:40am EST.
Here are the key ASX small cap winners at lunch Wednesday March 6:
Bubs Australia (ASX:BUB) products will soon hit the shelves of 30,000 mother and baby stores in China, thanks to a new deal with Beingmate Baby & Child Food Co, a $1.3 billion Chinese infant formula business.
Bubs founder Kristy Carr said this was a deal that could “take her business to the next level”.
Shares in the baby food maker jumped 22 per cent the moment the market opened on Wednesday morning, rising to a high of 73c, the stock’s highest point since late August last year.
Microcap explorer Ardiden (ASX:ADV) has boosted the size of its Seymour Lake lithium project resource by 400 per cent – and the share price is going gangbusters.
The Canadian-focused explorer and developer was up over 50 per cent to 0.4c in morning trade, paring some of the losses suffered over the past year.
It’s a pretty stunning project area by the way. Check this out:

Cash strapped explorer Horseshoe Metals (ASX:HOR) dropped 22 per cent after announcing the potential sale of its flagship copper gold project.
Usually this is the sort of news that improves a share price,
Horseshoe says it has fielded “several unsolicited approaches” from third parties interested in its Horseshoe Lights project, near Sandfire Resources (ASX: SFR) DeGrussa mine in Western Australia.
Horseshoe could use the money though; at the end of December it had $3000 in the bank.
