Lunchtime ASX small cap wrap: who’s counting their winnings today

Here are the key ASX small cap winners and losers at lunch Wednesday November 28:
The ASX Small Ords was up 3.5 points or 0.14 per cent to 2,550.9 at 12:20pm AEST.
GOING UP
It’s been a hell of a morning, few days, actually, for a select group of junior miners.
On Tuesday, mining giant BHP announced a spectacular new iron oxide copper gold (IOCG) discovery, 65km southeast of its mammoth Olympic Dam operations in South Australia.
And that’s great news for the likes of Argonaut Resources (ASX:ARE), Aeris Resources (ASX:AIS), Tasman Resources (ASX:TAS), Red Metal (ASX:RDM) and Cohiba Minerals (ASX:CHK), who are searching for IOCG type deposits right next door.
Cohiba is today’s biggest small cap mover, up 130 per cent to an intraday high of 2.3c, on the news — it put out an announcement saying it was accelerating its exploration.
Argonaut is up 23 per cent to an intraday high of 2.7c. It had to respond to a speeding ticket yesterday.
Aeris is up 12pc, Red Metal up 9pc and Tasman up 6pc.
Nuheara (ASX:NUH) is up 52 per cent to an intraday high of 12c after it claimed a world-first.
The company’s IQbuds BOOST, used as a hearing solution for those with mild to moderate hearing loss, has been selected by the UK’s National Health Service to provide hearing solutions for kids and adults.
Redbank Copper (ASX:RCP) might get a speeding ticket of its own, after its share price rose 63 per cent to an intraday high of 6.5c on the back of no news.

GOING DOWN
Nvoi (ASX:NVO), a HR tech company, is down 20 per cent to 0.8c of a cent. Yesterday it released documents from its annual general meeting, where it addressed shareholder concerns.
“Simply put, the massive benefits we see available from adoption of digital HR platforms are a low priority against more traditional areas of cost savings and structural change. However, this will not last and this last area of internal company structure, largely un-altered since the industrial revolution, will change. I believe that once started, the change will be rapid and quite dramatic,” chief Jennifer Maritz said.
