Actinogen (ASX:ACW), one of the few biotechs fighting dementia, rose after announcing it hired clinical research organisations to assist with the clinical trial.

Its shares have been on a solid run in recent weeks since the FDA approval of Biogen’s drug Aduhelm, the first ever drug shown to help with dementia.

Mining services company Swick (ASX:SWK) rose after reporting that it was expecting revenues between $153 million and $156 million and earnings before interest and tax between $14 million and $16 million for FY21.

Leading resources stocks were BBX (ASX:BBX) and Tempus Resources (ASX:TMR) with drilling updates.

IOCG hunter Coda Minerals (ASX:COD) fell by over 15 per cent after a capital raising despite the being carried out at a 4 per cent discount to the company’s 5 day volume weighted average price.
