South Africa focused gas play Kinetiko Energy (ASX:KKO) snapped up the remaining 51 per cent of Afro Energy it did not already own.
Gold explorer White Cliff Minerals (ASX:WCN) rose off the back of exploration results.
Biotech Noxopharm (ASX:NOX) was granted Investigational New Drug (IND) by the FDA for its anti-cancer drug Veyonda.
And tech services company QuickFee (ASX:QFE) rose after highlighting strong growth – particularly in its US operations,

Lion Energy (ASX:LIO) fell after giving further information about its ambitions to enter the hydrogen space. While it admitted there was no certainty an opportunity would identified and pursued it stated it had begun engaging with relevant parties in the sector and it was therefore appropriate to tell shareholders.
Biotech Regeneus (ASX:RGS) fell after completing a capital raising.
