Today was the deadline for all ASX stocks to lodge quarterly reports, hence the majority of winners were due to quarterlies.

Top stocks included Applyflow (ASX:AFW),  VIP Gloves (ASX:VIP) and Dubber (ASX:DUB).

One non-quarterlies riser was aged care provider Japara Healthcare (ASX:JHC) which got a takeover offer.

Companies falling from their quarterlies included Beach Energy (ASX:BPT) and Indoor Skydive (ASX:IDZ).

K2 Energy (ASX:KTE) fell despite the ASX giving it another 2 months to have operations adequate to warrant being listed. The company has been trying to be reclassified as an investment company to meet ASX criteria but to date has been unsuccessful.
