Today’s top winner was traffic technology stock Redflex Holdings (ASX:RDF). The stock closed yesterday at 40 cents but finished ay 86 cents after getting a 92c per share takeover offer.

IT retailer Story-I (ASX:SRY) was up 47.4 per cent to 2.8c after the Indonesian Apple reseller reported strong second-quarter iPhone sales.

Investment company HGL (ASX:HNG) climbed after its latest financial update. Among other developments, it announced it would be acquiring fund manager Supervised Investments Australia, for 3 million HGL shares.
