Today’s biggest winner was Middle Eastern focused copper-gold play Alara Resources (ASX:AUQ).
The company completed a capital raising which saw an Omani construction contractor buy a major stake in the company at a 125 per cent premium to last week’s price.
Cancer finder Imagion Biosystems (ASX:IBX) also rose after a capital raising despite the deal being done at a discount to last week’s price.
PropTech Group (ASX:PTG) enjoyed a stellar return to the ASX after sealing the acquisition of two property tech platforms and raising $10 million.
Digital X (ASX:DCC) was also a big winner today. The company unveiled a new regtech product designed for stock exchanges to put directors trades onto blockchain.
And the only food delivery play on the ASX, Dragontail Systems (ASX:DTS) has risen too in the last hour following a company update.
