K2 Energy (ASX:KTE) closed the day having more than doubled despite having no news to report. The company received a price query and it credited the spike in its share price to a NASDAQ-listed company, Atomera (NDQ:ATOM), becoming a substantial holder in the company.

Know-your-customer regtech Kyckr (ASX:KYK) announced one of its biggest clients, Commerzbank, gave it a major endorsement by signing a new contract worth $100,000.
