Today’s list of winners and losers was heavily influenced by this morning’s news that a COVID-19 vaccine candidate was showing positive results.

Among stocks that rose due to news of their own, today’s winner was ASX newcomer DC Two (ASX:DC2).

The Perth based data centre company began listed life on a solid note and the momentum continued to the market close – it finished the day having nearly tripled.

Vitalharvest (ASX:VTH) rose on its first trading day since a takeover bid from Macquarie became public.
