Small caps are down for a second day, along with the rest of the market.

The Small Ordinaries had fallen 12.5 points, or 0.36 per cent, to 3,284.5 at lunchtime. The All Ordinaries was down by a similar amount, 0.4 per cent.

Every sector was in the red except for utilities and materials, which were up slightly. Tech led decliners, falling 1.8 per cent.

RBR Group (ASX:RBR) fell after French energy giant Total said it would evacuate its personnel from its $US20 billion Mozambique LNG project and declare force majeure, given the insurgent attacks in the region. An RBR subsidiary is building an accommodation camp at the project.

Sensera (ASX:SE1) fell after the sensor solution provider said that quarterly revenue had hit a low point of $US451,000, after its largest customer reduced demand due to product issues. Those issues have been mitigated and full production was restarted after the end of the quarter, Sensera said.
