Artificial intelligence company Appen (ASX:APX) has received a takeover offer worth $9.50/ share from Telus International – well above today’s open price.

Explorer BBX Minerals (ASX:BBX) hit “significant precious metals values” in drilling at the ‘Três Estados’ project  in Brazil.

Narryer Metals (ASX:NYM) is launching a rare earths exploration program in South Australia.

Eden (ASX:EDE) inked a long term offtake agreement for its EdenCrete product.

And Galileo Mining (ASX:GAL) says new assays confirm its big palladium-platinum-gold-copper-nickel discovery in WA. Drilling will resume next week.
