It’s a short, sharp update to help frame the trading day by showing the biggest movers in percentage terms.

The market opens at 10am (eastern time) and the data is taken at 10:15am, once every ASX stock has commenced trading.

Syrah Resources (ASX:SYR) climbed off the back of an offtake agreement with Tesla.

Battery metals play Prospect Resources (ASX:PSC) signed binding agreements to sell its 87% stake in the Arcadia lithium project for ~$528 million in upfront cash consideration.

Ozgrowth (ASX:OZG) rose after a three-way merger between it, Westoz Investment company (ASX:WIC) and WAM Capital (ASX:WAM) was announced.

Shares in Far (ASX:FAR) were smashed off the back of results from its Bambo well which lies offshore from Gambia. While oil shows and potential reservoirs were encountered, no live oil columns were present.
