Afterpay (ASX:APT) rose by over 25% this morning after unveiling a deal that will result in the company being acquired by Square.

But rising higher still in percentage terms was Red Hill Iron (ASX:RHI) with news Mineral Resources (ASX:MIN) would be buying a 40% stake in the Red Hill iron ore joint venture.

Tlou Energy (ASX:TOU) announced a Heads of Agreement (HOA) which would see it enter the hydrogen space.
