Bacteria-fighting biotech Next Science (ASX:NXS) surged after the FDA have the green light for its XPerience Antimicrobal solution – which is designed to prevent bacterial infections during open surgeries.

Tech venture firm FatFish Group (ASX:FFG) announced it is acquiring a 55 per cent stake in Pay Direct – a Malaysian payment solutions provider.
