It was a busy morning of market-moving updates, and rare earths developer Sagon Resources (ASX:SG1) topped the list after announcing the inferred mineral resource estimate at its fully-owned Cummins Range project. SG1 said the site contained a 13 million-tonne ore body, at a grade of 1.13 per cent total rare earth oxides (TREO).
On the flip side, Southern Cross Austereo (ASX:SXL) fell sharply in the wake of an earnings downgrade. The company said it’s focused on reigning in costs as advertising markets remain “short and volatile”.
